Daniel García - Pita

Born in 1947. Graduated in Law. He has developed his entire professional career in J&A Garrigues Law Firm to which he joint in 1969 and where he was Managing Partner. He is specialized in Corporate Law and Financial Market Regulations; he has been professor in Corporate Law at the Central University of Madrid and deputy of the Governing Assembly of the Madrid’s Bar.
Legal adviser in many companies and Secretary of the Board of Directors of relevant listed companies like Indra where he was Secretary non member until June 2009.
