According to the ranking recently published by Universum, Indra is the best place to work in Spain in the software and IT industry, behind only Google and Microsoft.
The annual report was jointly compiled with PeopleMatters, a professional people management consulting firm. During a four-month survey of 40 universities in Spain, the team analyzed students' general career preferences, the attributes they look for in an employer, their favorite companies to work for, and their perception of the recruiting companies and organizations.
Nearly 19,000 students took part in the survey which included the top 100 companies in Spain in the four survey categories— Business Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences and Health Sciences—as well as Humanities, Arts and Law.
