What is e-Administration? It refers to the mechanisms that convert:

  • Traditional offices into paper-free offices.
  • Paper processes into electronic ones.
  • Internal communication with other offices.
  • Public organizations with initiative and transparency.

The mission of e-Administration is to bring the administration closer to citizens, and to integrate administrations, the private sector and associations for complete electronic services, improving quality and efficiency.

The objective is to provide end-to-end telematic services, maintaining legal security criteria and improving service quality thanks to the rationalization of the Administration's internal operation.

Indra provides a solution through its e-Administration platform, AMARA.

The experience in the Public Sector, as well as our abilities and knowledge have enabled us to develop specific solutions in the main areas of citizen services:

  • Employment: Indra maintains a solid and constant relation with the national employment services (SNE: Sistema Nacional de Empleo)organizations: high level of commitment by driving improvements for the modernization of the employment services in line with the trends of the employment organizations, image renewal, transparency in the labour market, service for the complete placement cycle.
  • Justice: Indra has a background of more than 20 years working in the modernization and reform processes of the justice system, with an offering aimed at satisfying the global needs in the justice system administration.
  • Immigration: improving the quality of file management at the immigration office so as to have more information and speed in the process, a global vision of the dossier, and ensuring its consistency and coherence.
  • Housing: Indra has a model for citizen advice services and management of dossiers in the Housing area with two solid references: Community of Madrid Housing Office and the Housing Office of the Regional Government of Castile and León.
  • Dependence and social services: Indra has technological solutions and experience in the area of dependence that enable Administrations to optimize the public and private resources available for improving and developing the care of people in a situation of dependence.
  • Education: Our ICT solutions and services applied to education seek to obtain an education model with a higher degree of instructiveness, participation, more comprehensive and all in all more efficient: the educational Model 2.0. Among the projects delivered for this sector, we must mention ITACA, used for integral education management and Agrega, a network repository of resources which can be downloaded by students, teachers and parents to suit the different levels of accredited non-university education.
  • SMEs: supporting the administration in launching actions that promote the adoption of ICT in SMEs, so as to allow them to focus positively on their productivity and competitiveness.
  • Equality and women: Indra collaborates with the Government Office for Gender Violence in data integration tasks, as well as data analysis and processing, to know, divulge, and prevent violence against women in the Spanish society, complying with the legislation currently in force.
  • Consultancy and information society: Indra has supported the Administration in defining the strategy that allows it to become a driving agent of the Information Society. Additionally, Indra contributes to making the Administration's use of technology more efficient.
  • Administrative procurement: at Indra, electronic procurement is defined as a combination of solutions with a global vision, aimed at providing all organizations of the Public Sector with the abilities that are necessary to adapt to its surroundings at all times.
  • Urban planning: Indra has extensive experience in the standardization of urban planning, and actively collaborates in various information systems. Planning according to legislation in force, re-zoning projects, management of municipal land property, urban development viewing tools.
  • Parliaments: AGORA MILLENNIUM is an innovative parliamentary management product that addresses the needs and requirements of the various autonomous communities, significantly improving their current management systems while providing new functionalities and the latest technologies.
  • Taxes: Indra has extensive experience in the modernization of tax administrations, collaborating closely in the technological evolution of their information systems: taxation management, general budget management, general interventions, legal consultancy, etc.  
  • Cadastre: Indra has a background of more than 20 years working in the modernization and reform processes of the cadastre system, developing computer solutions to manage property and land registries. 
  • Citizen participation solutions: committed to the value that participation brings to our society, Indra has created an area of civic participation that can offer solutions and services for all stages of a participation process, from the strategy to its implementation and including all the necessary support services. As a technological solution, Indra offers its own solution, iParticipa, a modular set of digital services that includes a management feature for relations with citizens capable of automating activities of social dynamism and reputation. These services are designed to help the different processes that are necessary for citizen participation, and are targeted mainly at public institutions, especially at local councils due to their proximity to the citizen.
