Indra is a leader in transforming the services of the Department of Employment (DEP), "Redtrabaj@, work is on the Internet".

To this end, Indra has undertaken the project of modernization and technological innovation for the DEP and has implemented a special digital information and services system in the labor market in Spain. It is an instrument that acts as a meeting point between the DEP and employment departments in all the Autonomous Regions.

Indra is providing an integral solution that reinforces and completes existing tools, making current investments more efficient. The portal is a virtual meeting place between businessmen and workers to boost labor market intermediation, as it is a web page not only aimed at job seekers, but also at the self-employed, businesses and, in short, all agents taking part in the labor market. The service also enables to perform procedures within the Electronic Administration and for job seekers to find employment offers advertised either by public entities or private companies.

In this way, the web site gives access to all its content to the general public, in compliance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, for public administration web sites.
