Indra´s offering is based on two proprietary solutions: Mambank, an ERP that has been especially designed for the finance sector, and E-Factura, an electronic billing solution.

Through them, it is possible to:

• Obtain significant cost savings in annual Expenditures and Investments, through a new Procurement Model (processes/systems) and a "crash" Negotiation Plan with suppliers.
• Adequately simplify and automate the Entity's administrative management with regards to the management of its expense budget, procurement request-processing, reception and payment of invoices, as well as of its property.

Solutions and Services

• Mambank: ERP solution for management of the budget, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, property, management of real estate for private use and resulting from credit regularizations. Mambank enables the reduction and exhaustive control of expenses through the optimization and management of the administrative and departmental processes of procurement, warehousing and distribution, suppliers and billing, property and inventory, and corporate budget control.
• E-Factura: substitutes paper invoices, enabling digital format conservation and automatic sending and reception through electronic mediums. Some of its primary benefits include cost savings for the issuer and recipient (paper, toner, storage, etc.), processing speed (optimization of collections/payments through time savings thanks to the automation), secure procedure (authenticity and integrity of certificates and digital signatures), and savings of physical space. 
• Consultancy for optimizing administrative processes by means of diagnoses and improvement programs, as well as the implementation of a business model and plan (for example, improving the function of procurement, budget creation, etc.).
