Core renovation at Caja de Compensación Los Héroes (Chile)
Renovation of the Operational and Financial Core of Caja de Compensación Los Héroes.
The project not only considers the implementation of the SAP business model for the operational back office of the institution but also the incorporation of the SAP banking vertical suite. With this project, Caja de Compensación Los Héroes has become the pioneer in the use of said platform in the country and Indra is considered as one of the most experienced core renovation providers within the finance sector. This positions Indra favorably to face future projects in this area.
The 17 month project in which more than 35 consultants from Indra take part, addressed the automation of some key process for the institution and also the technological renovation in some sectors: Management and Accountancy, Customers, Treasury, Service and Products Management, Government Funds and Pension Fund Contribution Control.
Los Héroes is one of the five Family Allowance Compensation Funds that nowadays exist in Chile. This corporation, which is more than 50 years old, has 1,000,000 members, active and pensioners, and more than 9,000 affiliate companies. Its network has more than 60 branches all over the country.
