Banco Sabadell eBilling
The eBilling service encompasses the operation and technological development of the service applications on offer to corporate clients of the bank, which currently has 750,000 users.
Banco Sabadell, the fourth biggest Spanish banking group, awarded Indra the management of all computer applications related to electronic billing services (BS Factura), which the bank offers to its corporate banking clients.
The eBilling service agreement also included the expansion and technological improvement of the platform. It fell within the framework of the financial services innovation strategy for companies that the bank was promoting.
One of the main assets of this project is the opportunity to offer the companies their own branded portals, to post invoices that have been sent out and view those received, as well as providing the suppliers with the necessary tools to issue their invoices via the portal. Indra also guaranteed the evolution of the platform infrastructure to support client growth, correctly sizing the Contact Center and the team specialized in managing invoice traffic.
The BS Factura service offers corporate clients the tools required to send electronic invoices to their clients, as well as to receive invoices from their suppliers. This service, created by Banco Sabadell in 2004, currently has 750,000 users, among issuers and receivers of invoices in electronic format, with an estimated movement of around 17 million invoices since then.
BS Factura is part of the set of products and services addressed to solving corporate needs to optimize their assets. It also provides a natural complement to other products for client and supplier billing, payment and financing.
