Tourism Management Suite forHotels allows to adapt SAP ERP to the specific needs of hotel chains, managing in an integrated way the needs of the back office (finances, management control, purchases, etc.) and the front office (PMS, events, SPA, house keeping, etc.) in hotels.

This solution allows the integration with practically any standard and interface with the use of OTA protocols.

TMS forPOS is a TPV module integrated in the ERP platform with the widest functional coverage (restaurant + retail). The module is designed with special attention paid to making it possible to parametrize and extend the system as well as to its independence from the support hardware.

TMS forLoyalty

TMS forLOYALTY is a comprehensive solution for the operational management of loyalty programs for hotel chains that is fully integrated with the rest of the modules in the suite, PMS, booking center, website, integrations, etc., allowing total viewing and control of the program, from registration of participants, campaign management and points award and redemption policies, through to advanced reporting tools for the follow-up and monitoring of all the activities described.

TMS forANALYTICS allows the extraction of relevant information from data acquired during the daily operations of a hotel. Reports predefined by users or analysis and research reports can be created thanks to the information cubes. TMS forCRO is the TMS solution to provide the booking center of the chain with a comprehensive tool to quote and handle booking requests.
