Also, as a result of Indra's extensive technological experience and specialized knowledge of the sector, we have developed our own solution: Indra Construction and Real Estate Management on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. This solution solves specific management problems of this sector in a single integrated environment and covers the following key aspects for a construction site management solution:  

• On-site use by the Site Manager y the Site Assistant.
• Development of all daily tasks with a single tool, without having to work with separate applications and rely on file exchange, interface operations, etc. A clear example is the possibility to plan the construction work directly with this tool without having to use other applications, with everything integrated into a single system and the capacity to consult data in real time from anywhere in the company - site, office or regional HQ - or any geographical location.
• One-time data, that is to say, when the user enters specific information into the system, it does not need to be introduced ever again. For this, the tool needs to have:
  • File management in the construction sheet used for control production, that prevent declaring more production than that stipulated in the file.
  • Complete integration of the works execution structure with production planning and booking. Production will be planned and booked based on a structure of chapters, sub-chapters and construction project units specified by the Site Manager.
  • Full integration of planned requirements with purchasing management (comparisons, orders, contracts). Based on the breakdown specified by the Site Manager it may be possible to run a comparison report by selecting the requirements to be offered without having to write them down again, thus avoiding transcription errors and speeding up the Site Manager's task.
  • Management of certifications based on the sales structure. For certifications, the sales structure introduced by the Site Manager will be called up, and only the amounts will be reported.
  • Accounting interrelation between production and certification. By reporting production and certification, the system will automatically generate the relevant entries into the accounts.
