This AM Service will allow Grupo Ferrovial to evolve the current service towards a unified service model based on Service Level Agreements

Grupo Ferrovial, one of the primary infrastructure groups in the world, with 104,000 employees, a presence in 43 countries and activity in various complementary sectors such as construction, management and maintenance of airports, highways, car parks and urban services, has trusted Indra with a Global Applications Management Service (AM Service), through which INDRA is responsible for the maintenance of the applications built primarily with Adabas and Visual Basic technology, providing an integral solution of resources, methodology, management tools, and experience in process optimization and technological development.
This AM Service will allow Grupo Ferrovial to evolve towards a unified service model based on Service Level Agreements (SLA), taking advantage of the derived synergies from all the applications being built on a single technological platform, and optimizing the dedication of resources.
This AM Service will not be limited to introducing improvements within the very technology that is currently being used in order to reduce corrective maintenance, but rather, during its life, INDRA will submit, in accordance with the premises of the Grupo Ferrovial Strategic Plan, as many proposals for improvement and technological evolution as considered necessary so as to achieve a reduced effort for unifying technological and functional platforms, as well as optimized process efficiency.
The benefits expected with the service provided may be summarized as follows: increased cost efficiency, improved quality, and a greater ability for the evolution of technology aligned with the business.
