SAP to improve the planning and organization of the Madeira Beer Company
Indra has been selected by Madeira Beer Company, Ltd. (ECM), the greatest regional producer and distributor of Madeira beverages, to implement a SAP ERP management system based on SAP ERP 2004 Web console and SAP, aiming at improving planning and organization.
The main reasons that lead Madeira Beer Company, Ltd. (ECM) to implement an SAP ERP management system were:
- data processing and the ability to share this information with a partners network.
- to strengthen the link between the different stages of the production cycle, from the purchase of raw material and planning of production, to distribution and sales.
With this system implementation, Madeira Beer Company, Ltd. (ECM) improves its customer knowledge, anticipates demands and controls prices and margins, and relies on a tool that facilitates all the information to the partners network.
