RACC Auto Club Loyalty Program

RACC is Spain's largest auto club.  In order to improve the relationship with its members, RACC has launched a loyalty program. 

The program, available to every club member, is designed to increase member satisfaction, reduce drop-out rates, improve member renewal rates and increase RACC product cross-selling. In this context, the project's purpose was to implement a loyalty system that enables the management of a point program.

The implementation was performed over the product named Aracs Fly, which allows:

  • To manage RACC members point collection for the consumption of RACC products, the use of RACC Master card, and the consumption in associate entities (Partners).
  • To define, implement and launch promotional campaigns.
  • To redeem points for gifts and discounts in products and services of RACC and its Partners.
  • To manage the gift catalogue.
  • Integration with logistic operators and order follow-up processes.
  • Call Center functionalities: call classification, incident management...
