Application Maintenance at Telefónica
Application Maintenance agreement for 3 years with a volume of more than 300,000 shifts in the Computing Systems of Telefónica de España, considering the following services:
- Corrective maintenance services.
- Adaptable maintenance services (simple and small change requests).
- Development/large evolutive services.
- Support services (ad hoc support of the applications covered by the agreement, and those that, in general, do not imply a change in the source code.)
