Collection and payment management for France Telecom España
The service is rendered over the three existing platforms: Open Cobros, Arbor and SAP RMCA. Indra is the exclusive service supplier in the Collection and Reimbursement field.

The services rendered are the following:
- Collections and Reimbursement: comprehensive professional services based on a proprietary product, Open Cobros, which was developed at Indra's development centers. Corrective and evolutive maintenance services. Operation management of the Mobile environment with Open Cobros, operations of the Fixed environment under Arbor, and the operations of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) under Open Cobros multi-company customized application.
- Payment Gateway: NETplus product developed by Indra, with high recurrence since the beginning of the Orange business, both at fixed and mobile areas.
- Banking Communications: using Editran, proprietary product for a secure communication with external entities: banks, agencies, third parties, prepaid, etc.
- Consultancy: professional business consultancy services for the Residential Unit personnel in the area of credit operations.
- Fraud: Fraud detection, management and prevention system (BoVo) in telecommunications, based on customer behaviour studies and customer behaviour variations identified according to several parameters, including the given customer's own behaviour.
