Point Program for Orange Spain

The point program defined by Orange allows customers to accumulate points for the services contracted and change said points for products that belong to the program catalogue.

This programme has been defined on diverse systems:

  • Use of the Siebel Loyalty module as a partner management system, accumulation of points under different concepts (billing, welcoming, continuance, promotions) and their exchange for fixed telephony equipment or mobile terminals.
  • The request management within the program implies requesting offers in real time to SGMR, and the online recording of the request in the system that interacts with the SGF logistics operator, who performs the shipment and stock management of the different products of the point catalogue.
  • Besides using Siebel as a retention and consultancy channel, other channels have been integrated in the program: distributor portal, the eCare (customer portal) system and Ydilo IVR.
