The project aims at performing a study of the different economic-financial and logistic processes of all the operative companies of the Antena 3 group, through the analysis of the impacts they have within SAP R/3 system for its future implementation and unification.

The SAP environment over which the process analysis is to be performed will be centered on the following business areas: Logistics, Finance, Controlling, Fixed Assets and Sales and Billing.

The project is organized around three main phases:

• Analysis of the current situation leading to the future system map.
• New model definition: through reengineering of the processes that were analyzed in the previous phase, achieving their transformation to processes supported by SAP standards, determining and seeking a solution to GAP.
• Action Plans: determining the project plan to carry out the parametrization and implementation phase. The migration order of the different functionalities, the coexistence between SAP and the current management systems and the interfaces to be developed are established. In addition, an analysis of the initial loads will be performed in the new SAP tool.
