Indra and Prisa have entered into an agreement that turns the company into a worldwide technological partner of the group leaded by Ignacio Polanco up to 2017. The agreement considers the management and operation of the Information Technology function at the Editing, Press, Radio and Audiovisual areas of Grupo Prisa in Spain, Portugal and more than twenty countries in Latin America where it is present.

 
In this way, Indra is responsible for rendering corrective and evolving maintenance services as well as developing the new projects demanded by the business evolution of the communication group. Besides, the company assumes the management and maintenance of the computing infrastructures.

This agreement considers establishing a more efficient unified management model that allows optimizing resources and reducing costs through the implementation of synergies, while providing improvements to the service quality and allowing Grupo Prisa to be closer to its customers.
