VAustralia BPO Revenue Accounting
VAustralia, part of the Virgin Blue Group, rolled our ARACS in March 2008, when they started to sell. The aim of the project is to manage and control the entire revenue accounting process and the accounting integration with Oracle, ensuring that the financial department has access to timely, accurate information at all times.
SCOPE
- Sales: 6 BSP + ARC (US) + own sales (Amadeus).
- Comprehensive management of revenue accounting and flown rates.
- Credit card and sales audits.
- Generation of memos for BspLink and ARC Memo Manager.
- Proration policies and charges related to interline agreements.
- Incoming and outgoing billing for interline agreements for ICH.
- Development of financial printouts to present to banks.
- Export of all accounting movements to Oracle.
- File export for DWH itself (sale, flown and interline agreements).
