Flexible adaptation is the key to success
TAM engaged Indra company, Ceicom, to implement its new procedures, and these, together with ARACS solutions, have optimised its key business processes: the processing of sales operations and RPKs , and automatic recovery, prorating and accounting systems.

Scope of the project and results
At the start of the year, TAM’s revenue accounting processes were of average efficiency. Therefore, within a framework of changing management processes, work was undertaken to improve these processes on a short term horizon.
To achieve the current level of success in such a short time, a programme was designed to re-engineer the company’s business procedures and ARACS FX Systems processes were automated as far as possible.
