Signal multichannel recorder
Indra designs and manufactures signal multichannel recorders for civil and military applications that allow the capture of multichannel signals in analogue or digital support with telephone or higher bandwidth.
The Neptuno family store the audio digitally for later playback, transmission, routing and backup copies, managing in addition the information associated with conversations using a database.
The installation is completed by the playback/supervision workstation that allows more convenient handling of the recorders from remote locations offering also the possibility of working as isolated equipment making labours of local playback and restoration from the backup units.
Man Overboard Location System
The SSP-LHA system facilitates search and rescue missions of sailors who accidentally fall overboard from a vessel or aircraft by means of the transmission of an alarm signal in the international distress frequency of 121.5 MHz.
The system is made up of:
- A personal radiobeacon (RP-GPS-LHA 2.0) integrated in a life jacket
- A base receptor located on the Commanding Bridge of different types of vessel or aircraft.
It does not only alert of the existence of an emergency situation,
but also allows for precise location pinpoint of crew members in distress.
