Junior

Technician

You will develop projects of technological content, progressively assuming leadership in certain areas.

After some time working at Indra, you will have consolidated many of the skills required. You will gain technological strength and will become excellent at performing your tasks. 

Middle Management

You will lead teams, assuming the responsibility of an area or project.

At this stage of your professional career at Indra, you will be able to lead a project or unit, both at the technical and economic management level and the people management level.

You will also be able to develop business and products and will have the opportunity to consolidate your team management skills.

Management

As a manager you will be responsible for the definition and securing of both objectives and budget of your business unit and will participate in its strategic definition.
