Implementation of application and information support of Utility processes of CEZ Bulgaria on a platform of SAP IS-U.
The main parameters of the project:

• Preparation and processing of process maps
• Processing of the blueprint to the extent required by the customer, including the configuration documentation
• Customizing defined modules
• Data migration from legacy systems into the SAP system
• Training of key users of customer
• Implementation of the accepted solution

Analysis of business processes and implementation of entire SAP IS-U/CCS (modules CS, FI-CA, EDM, EDM, BW, BI, WF) functionality for ČEZ Group acquisition in Bulgaria (ČEZ Elektro Bulgaria and ČEZ Distribution Bulgaria) including solution for liberalized market.

Implementation of all modules SAP ISU on the basis of previous analysis and design and realization of data migration from legacy systems into the SAP system. Additional functionality according to requests from customer.
