iSmartManager
A continuously evolving high-quality platform as shown by numerous national and international projects in which it has been implemented.
Our solution addresses the following requirements of highway control centers:
- Reduce incident detection times, automatic response to alarms from highway sensors
- Automate the action protocols of the Emergency Plan, acting automatically on the different highway devices (CCTV, PMV, Cross Arrow Signals, Barriers, etc.)
- Provide a homogenous response to incidents
- Decrease reaction times in the event of incidents
- Guide operators and maintenance technicians through actions required to resolve incidents
- Optimal coordination of internal and external resources (ambulances, firefighters, police, etc.)
- Notify different users/bodies of any incidents based on their severity, via email, SMS, Twitter, Online, etc
- Record all of the interventions performed
Benefits
- Minimize personal and/or material damages caused by incidents
- Identify black spots on the roadway, making it possible to implement preventive measures for improving security
- Consistently improving operations via full archiving of data flows and conducting data analysis using reporting tools
The control center of the National Traffic Department (DGT) in Madrid, where it was recently implemented, is perhaps the most representative case study of an interurban environment managing multiple highways, and in which the detection of incidents occurs through integration with the DGT Lince system.
Noteworthy examples in international environments include: the NA-30 highway of Canada for the Nouvelle AutoRoute 30 manages the collision of boats with a bridge through a radar detection system, and the PR22 highway of Puerto Rico for Metropistas, which included the management of a Bus Lane in addition to standard highway management.
