We have renewed the equality emblem obtained in 2011 by presenting the corporate Equality Plan, which pursues equality between men and women on all of the company's levels.

We has also launched other measures for empowerment through the Women and Leadership program, measures for conciliation and initiatives related to access to employment, training and selection. Thanks to all of this, the presence of women in the company has increased and equality of opportunities has been promoted.
