Competition
The objective of the Indra Future Minds Competition is to find bright minds, innovative people who are passionate about technology and new challenges. Students completing the last year of their Telecommunications, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering degrees in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Spain will participate in this competition for resolving different enigmas based on real Indra projects.
They will have to demonstrate their capacity for team work and their skills with new technologies.They will also have to propose the most original, sustainable and rigour solution for the challenges they are presented. Phases
Virtual phase
February 15th - March 15th
Students from different universities will made up multicultural groups and will have to resolve an enigma, taking into consideration the principles that define Indra's cooperative culture: originality, awareness, rigour and determination.
Using a virtual platform, they will be able to communicate with each other, share documentation, and contact the supervisors of the enigmas. The students will submit a document with their proposal and an explanatory video of up to three minutes.
In person phase
April 26th & 27th
Classified teams in the virtual phase will attend the grand finale which will take place in Madrid at Indra's headquarters: an elimination round in which they will have to resolve several enigmas.
The team classified in first place will have the opportunity to work for Indra in one of the countries that participate in the competition.
Video voting
Until May15th
The group of the video with the most votes will receive an iPod.

Awards
Classified teams:
A trip to the grand finale in Madrid for the classified teams that includes:
Round trip tickets in economy class.
Lodging and breakfast.
One iPad for each participant of these teams.

First place team:
Indra's commitment to hire the student (after earning their university degree) in the country they select among the Indra offices that participate in the competition.
+ Initial travel expenses: plane ticket, travel insurance and third party insurance, visa processing.
+ Travel assistance: €600 gross each month for one year (legally established withholding will be applied.
+ Two plane tickets (at 6 and 12 months) to their home city during the first year.
Second place team:
Indra's commitment to hire the student (after earning their university degree) in the country they select among the Indra offices that participate in the competition.
+ Initial travel expenses: plane ticket, travel insurance and third party insurance, visa processing.
