This coming June, Paris will host the 2010 edition of the Eurosatory exhibition, a world benchmark in the Defense and Security Market. During the event, the French capital will bring together a wide range of political and military chiefs who will address issues such as naval forces and equipment for the Security Forces of each country taking part, R + D investments in this sector by the governments involved, the main products and companies supplying military systems, laboratories and research centers and the application of new technologies to the military field, among others.
The event, in which Indra will take part with a display of its wide range of products for the Defense and Security Market, will feature an extensive exhibition area. Live demonstrations will again be given a special place at Eurosatory, offering exhibitors a unique chance to promote their products, with an emphasis on their capacities and the most innovative technological features. The success of the event seems assured thanks to the participation of professionals and the presentation of products that represent significant advances in this sector.
This success is also suggested by the numbers at the last Eurosatory exhibition in 2008, which brought together 1,210 exhibitors from 52 countries, 117 official delegations from 70 countries and 250 people from Eurosatory, as well as 52,414 visitors from 131 countries and over 650 journalists from around the world. This data clearly points to the fact that Eurosatory is a forum of prime importance for the military sector.
