Making agility happen

On June 10 and 11, the Polytechnic University of Madrid will host the First Conference on Agile Methods in Spain, CAS2010. This is a top-flight gathering in which companies, human resources specialists, business gurus, managers, researchers and others make themselves available to the public and exchange their impressions regarding the latest advances in the IT and technological consulting industries.

The main speaker at CAS2010 will be Henrik Kniberg, author of “Scrum and XP from the trenches” and “Kanban vs. Scrum – how to make the best of both”. Kniberg, in addition to being a Certified Scrum Trainer, is a member of the executive team of the Agile Alliance, and one of the most internationally renown advocates of the practical application of the agile methodologies.  In addition, other top specialists will be participating, the aim being to provide a forum for pioneers in the technology sector and to foster important synergies for the future.
