DEFEXPO 2010

From February 15 to 18, the Indian city of New Delhi will host the 2010 edition of the Defexpo Fair, the Asian country's most important exhibition related to defense. The event, in which Indra will take part with a display of its wide range of products in this market, will act as a showcase to promote Indian land, sea and air defense systems, as well as the use of new technologies at the service of these capacities. The event aims to provide a forum that will strengthen the Indian defense sector and promote exports, and is enhanced by various parallel conferences and seminars.

Organized by the Defense Exhibitions Organization (DEO), the fair will offer over 20,000 square meters of displays of the products and services of the sector's biggest companies and of small and medium-sized businesses, whose managers have made Defexpo a key event for promoting their products. They are joined by other companies from Europe, the U.S. and Asia that have confirmed their attendance at this event, repeating the overwhelming international interest the event has aroused since its creation.

A good indication of this interest was the scope of the last edition of the Fair, held in 2008, with 475 participants from 30 countries. All the main players in the world defense sector made use of their participation in the event to present their latest equipment and systems.
