Indra has joined its capabilities in the hotel sector with Beonprice, a startup specializing in Revenue Management, in order to be able to provide lodgings and hotels with a value proposition that includes differential and integrated control of their entire business while facilitating and optimizing price management decisions to make them more profitable and efficient.

To this end, Beonprice's systems have been integrated with TMS for Hospitality, Indra's unique global solution for integrated management of all business processes and operations of tourism and hospitality companies. Management in hotels, cruise ships or restaurants (bookings, check-in/out, events, kitchen management, etc.); sales and inventory policies in a sophisticated booking center; control of complementary and value-added services (events, spa, catering, leisure, etc.); the integration of distribution channels or e-commerce itself, both the one carried out by the tourism company with other companies (OTA, Travel Agencies and Tour Operators) and with end customers, are just some of the features included in Indra's product suite, in addition to others such as on-site or electronic payment tools; advanced analytical technologies for customized cross-selling recommendations; and even industry-specific SW, such as ERP or RMS, and dashboards specifically designed for Hospitality, which allow integrated management by the Financial and Operations Divisions.

Furthermore, Beonprice has an intelligent revenue management system (RMS) that, based on the most advanced Big Data and artificial intelligence technologies in the market, maximizes hotel revenues taking into account the quality of the establishment and customer segmentation as fundamental criteria for determining the optimum price by type of room, market and number of nights.

The integration of Beonprice's RMS with Indra's TMS for Hospitality results in a unique system with which hotels and lodgings can achieve a differential operation of their processes with respect to the rest of their competitors and, in addition, have a highly efficient revenue management that compiles and analyzes all of the establishment's information continuously so that it can be synthesized in the best rate, at the right time and for the right traveler. In addition, it makes it possible to give customers a closed product, end to end, which includes all business processes derived from this market and contributes to its profitability and efficiency with value-added capabilities. All with a quick and efficient commissioning, which eliminates integration costs and makes it possible to enjoy the product more diligently.

Bernardette Orallo, Director of Hospitality and Tourism at Indra, explains that "This is a very important operation as it allows us to provide a value-added service and increase the functionality we provide to our clients, as part of our commitment to cover their entire operating chain, accompany them in their growth and be an enabler for their digital transformation through the most advanced solutions and the most strategic alliances".

For Emilio Galán, CTO and co-founder of Beonprice, "The integration of both solutions will help our clients to definitively and digitally transform their establishments by optimizing decision making, reducing time and improving results, allowing users to change paradigms and start working from a strategic planning point of view".

This integration is in line with Indra's innovation model, an open, agile and flexible model that strengthens its leadership through its collaboration with startups, spinoffs and entrepreneurs, both internal and external, identifying, generating and incorporating innovative, disruptive solutions with high commercial potential into its offer, with a long-term outlook. A sign of this commitment is Indraventures, Indra's corporate vehicle with which the technology company reinforces its relationship with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and promotes initiatives related to this area.
