Sofía Collado Echaure has been appointed Indra's new Human Resources Director. In her new role, she will report to CEO José Vicente de los Mozos and will be responsible for the entire company and all its regions.

Sofía Collado Echaure has been appointed Indra's new Human Resources Director. In her new role, she will report to CEO José Vicente de los Mozos and will be responsible for the entire company and all its regions.

“Indra needs to focus all its efforts on finding and retaining talent, as well as knowledge management, with a company-wide perspective that allows us to bring back the pride of belonging that’s shared by all employees in all regions," said José Vicente de los Mozos, CEO of Indra.

Profile of Sofía Collado Echaure

Sofía Collado Echaure holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Comillas (ICADE) and an MBA from IESE-University of Navarre. She has been part of the Indra Group since 2018, where she has been serving as Minsait’s Human Resources Director.

She has spent most of her professional career in Human Resources. Before joining Indra, she was Director of Human Capital for Europe at Russell Reynolds Associates, after having headed the Professional Development department for Iberia at McKinsey & Company, and having previously worked as a business consultant at Bain & Company.
