Bloomberg has included the 325 companies most committed to gender equality among 6,000 companies from 84 countries.

Bloomberg has assessed Indra's diversity and inclusion strategy in five areas: female leadership and talent pipeline; pay equity and gender parity; inclusive culture; sexual harassment policies; and institutional support for women.

Being part of this diversity benchmark is a recognition of Indra's commitment to the advancement of women and diversity, both in the workplace and in the countries in which it operates and in society in general.

The 325 companies included in GEI 2020 have demonstrated their commitment to transparency, said Peter T. Grauer, president of Bloomberg, for whom making company data and practices public is an important first step in supporting equality worldwide
