- The Board of Directors has agreed to appoint the executive, who has a long career in talent management within the group, as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Management Committee of Indra Group

The Board of Directors of Indra Group has agreed, prior a favourable report from both the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee, to appoint María del Carmen Moneva Montero as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Management Committee.
Mari Carmen graduated in Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, and she has an impressive track record with over 30 years’ experience in the fields of human resources and business, chiefly at companies in the technological sector.
Mari Carmen has spent over two decades of her career at Indra, taking on different responsibilities in the areas of business and human resources. In recent years she has sat on the HR Management Committee, leading the people development areas and working with the markets and corporate functions as a Business Partner.
She previously held various posts with a global scope at IBM; we should highlight her performance as director of the Learning Services Business Units and in different development and training positions in the human resources area.
