In line with the objectives of its Leading the Future Strategic Plan, Indra Group has presented a new organization to adapt to the new context and, betting on its internal talent, has placed four senior executives from the Group at the forefront, who will become part of the Group's Management Committee.

Thus, the Board of Directors of Indra Group, at its session held today, has agreed, prior a report from the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee and from the Remuneration Committee, to appoint Luis Fernández Hernando as Managing Director of Minsait; Sebastián Bamonde Bermúdez de Castro as Managing Director of Tech Operations; Juan Pedro Rodríguez Veiga as Managing Director of International; and Ignacio Martínez González as Managing Director of IndraMind. The appointments will take effect on June 26, 2025.

The growing demand for technology services for all the group's businesses, including Defense, provides a unique opportunity to expand Minsait's business. In addition, the entry of new digital competitors into the Defense sector is driving the company to create a national benchmark to position itself in this area.

As a result, Indra Group has announced the following significant organizational changes:

  • Minsait will remain as Indra Group’s technological services Business Unit, reporting to Indra’s highest executive level. It will continue to focus on the marketing of IT services through its vertical markets, harnessing the technological capabilities of Tech Operations in a similar way to the current model. In this regard, in recent years Minsait has succeeded in becoming a profitable business and a market leader for technological services, but it will continue improving its operations and making its range of high value-added services more sophisticated while providing the best value proposition for technological talent.
  • Extension of Tech Operations across the board to provide a service for all the Group’s Business Units, reporting to Indra’s highest executive level and the head of Minsait. It will add the provision of all the Group’s technological services, integrating all the resources currently assigned to Minsait’s Supply and Operations.
  • Reinforcement of the International Model, with the creation of the new role of an international director to coordinate the regional units and report to Indra’s highest executive level. This function will bring together the international business activity, including the monitoring of the associated business risks, and ensure strategic consistency across all the Group’s regions.
  • The launch of IndraMind as a Business Unit, reporting to the highest executive level of Indra Group. IndraMind seeks to position itself as a leading technological platform in Europe, and it will comprise all the Group’s businesses in the fields of cyber security and cyber defence, as well as Paradigma and artificial intelligence, product development and cloud capabilities. Its offering will have a dual civil-military focus, target external customers and complement the offerings of the Group’s other Businesses.
