Indra, one of the leading global technology and consulting companies, has received new recognition for its recruitment and retention of talent, in this case from the prestigious report Merco University Talent Spain 2021/22, in which the company has climbed 11 positions in the ranking in just one year and has become a leader in its industry, consolidating its position as a benchmark in Spain. The ranking was compiled based on the rating by 10,353 university and higher vocational education students. Most of the students who participated in the study were of Spanish nationality (91.7%). Nineteen percent have completed part of their studies outside of Spain.

To be precise, Indra ranks first in the specific list of consulting services, which is the category in which Merco places the different technological capabilities of the business group, as a global leader in technological engineering for the aerospace, defence and mobility industries and,, through its subsidiary Minsait, a leader in the digitalization of companies and institutions. In addition, the listed company is positioned above other competitors in the engineering field.

According to the report Merco University Talent Spain 2021/22, the most important factors when choosing a company as a place to work are: quality of life (flexibility, working from home, etc.) and good pay and benefits, both with 20%; and a good working environment (16%)".
