Project Description
The goal of this project is the development of technologies used to optimize and flexibilize the project resources configuration, providing the human team most adequate to project necessities.
For this purpose, it will be taken into account, in each moment the talent, reputation and the different kind of abilities and capabilities (techniques, management, personals, etc.) of the professionals, the features of existing projects and of the clients in themselves, etc.. By this way the cost will be optimized and will be maximized the obtaining of project results, as only will be provided necessary resources and the most adequate ones for their necessities in each moment. In the same way will be increased the projects quality and the satisfaction of professionals, clients and users.

Indra's Role
INDRA SOFTWARE LABS is the coordinator of the project and has a crucial role in its technological development. Specifically, will have a relevant role in the following technological development activities:
- System for the extraction, storing and unsupervised processing and in natural language, of big volumes of heterogeneous information, coming from scattered sources
- System for the representation and automated measuring of the talent, that has as basis and unbiased model of talent representation, in addition with other factors, as personality features or personal relationships among professionals
- System for the classification of professionals, based on their acquired competences in the organization, measuring of their evolution in time and prediction of future states using auto learning models
- System for the categorization of projects, in an intelligent and integral way, so that will be obtained a formal representation of itself, susceptible of being processed by machines
- System for assigning resources to projects, with predictive and adaptive capabilities in the presence of unexpected evolutions, allowing anticipating them
