Indra recognizes the value of people and their work and of the social and natural environment in which we operate. Indra also undertakes to respect the principles related to the rights established in the International Labour Organisation Declaration.

Indra respects local law on working hours and overtime and fights precariousness of work and controls that there are no excesses in the workday among its employees. To this end sonce 2019 the company has a Day Registration Tool in place following the requirements of the 8/2019 Law.

Furthermore, working calendars are drawn up on an annual basis, incorporating public and paid holidays. In order to ensure compliance with working hours regulations, these calendars are made available to professionals and their legal representatives.

Indra applies the Collective Bargaining Agreements in force at all times in order to guarantee that all the rights set forth in them as a result of collective bargaining are complied with, including those relating to salary tables, which are the ones that set the minimum salaries for each category or professional group.

As reported in the Sustainability Report, the standard starting salary is always well above the local minimum wage for each country in which significant operations are carried out which guarantees a living wage for workers.

In cases of dismissals and employee redundancy plans, in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 2/2025, of 23 October, which approves the Workers' Statute Law and Royal Decree 1483/2012, of 29 October, which approves the Regulations on collective redundancy procedures and the suspension of contracts and reduction of working hours, Indra complies with the legal regulations in force in Spain by complying with the minimum consultation and notice periods.

The company is also a member of the Spanish Association of Consulting Companies (AEC), where the Collective Agreement applicable to all companies in the sector is negotiated with the social part.

In addition, Indra also participates in the think tank that the Cuatrecasas Institute for Legal Strategy on Human Resources promotes, where leading national and international companies hold regular meetings to proactively search for innovation to regulate issues, discuss changes in the regulatory framework and help the authorities to draft new laws.
